TL;DR

Location: Must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the US (no H1B sponsorship available).

hirify.global is a growing healthtech company providing a web application used by over 3 million users to streamline medical clinic operations.

What you will do

  • Define and prioritize the overall product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
  • Use AI to design and prototype new features and drive roadmap investment decisions.
  • Commercialize new product lines to support revenue growth goals.
  • Manage product integrations with other healthtech companies and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.
  • Oversee the user feedback lifecycle and collaborate with Engineering and Design functions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in product management (ideally SaaS or Healthtech).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and residency in the US.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, including prototyping and UI design.
  • Technical fluency in REST APIs, SQL, and code repository version control.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-first, data-driven products.
  • Experience in team leadership, including coaching and professional development.

  • Prior experience specifically within the healthcare technology industry.
