What you will do

  • Develop base product narratives and sales collateral for Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Expert Medical Opinion offerings.
  • Partner with analytics and actuarial teams to create pre-sale analytics tools and data-driven business cases for target buyers.
  • Lead strategic pursuits by creating positioning strategy, owning key messages and deliverables, and aligning stakeholders across the sales cycle.
  • Produce tailored sales assets (pitch decks, executive summaries, one-pagers, proposals, custom demos) using market and competitive insights.
  • Support account-based marketing and data-driven analyses to validate business need and strengthen differentiated positioning.
  • Mobilize cross-functional resources within pursuit pods to manage timelines, dependencies, and high-quality execution across concurrent opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including sales enablement, strategic pursuits, go-to-market strategy, or complex B2B deal support.
  • Proven ability to create messaging, positioning, and market-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, executive summaries, sales enablement materials) combining storytelling, visuals, and persuasive data.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of delivering results in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex information and translate it into clear commercial narratives.
  • Experience leveraging AI to produce high-quality marketing/sales content and improve processes.
  • Proficiency with Google and/or Microsoft Suite; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
