Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 USD

What you will do

• Set and own the strategy for AI adoption across the product practice, including piloting and scaling AI-informed workflows.
• Define the go-to-market strategy for new solutions and capabilities to differentiate hirify.global in the government market.
• Lead and mentor a department of 75+ product managers and policy strategists, overseeing hiring, staffing, and career development.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with company goals and delivery outcomes.
• Represent hirify.global externally as a thought leader on product delivery and AI in the public sector.
• Ensure teams apply modern, user-centered delivery models to achieve strong client outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading product leaders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
• Proven success in establishing product-market fit and shaping go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading large teams through hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management practices.

• Demonstrated AI leadership in a product organization.

• Experience leading billable or client-deployed staff in a professional services model.
