TL;DR

Client Services Manager (Adtech): Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery with an accent on relationship management and performance optimization. Focus on optimizing programmatic campaigns, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring client retention through strategic account growth.

Location: Hybrid (London) - requires 3 days of office presence per week

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and overall account management.
  • Set up and optimize Programmatic and Managed campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support client retention and growth.
  • Deliver client training and detailed performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, client-facing, or customer success roles.
  • Proven understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, or programmatic media.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and action campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers (DCM, Adform, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ad verification tools (IAS, DV, MOAT).
  • Knowledge of SSPs and DSPs (DV360, TTD, AdForm, Xandr, etc.).
  • Experience with tag management systems (GTM, Adobe, etc.).
