What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client engagement and serve as the main point of contact for programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Consult on product solutions, best practices, and internal account operations.
- Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and campaign activation.
- Produce performance reporting, post-campaign analysis, and quarterly business reviews.
- Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs and orchestrate month-end billing reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media and creative strategies.
Requirements
- Experience as a client-facing lead driving communications and outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Technical savviness combined with commercial acumen.
- Must be based in London for hybrid working
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
