What you will do

  • Lead audience building and targeting strategies across digital, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Design the strategic connections ecosystem to optimize how and when to engage target audiences.
  • Act as the primary contact for client marketing teams, managing day-to-day liaison and status meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal channel specialists (PPC, paid social, creative) to translate briefs into cohesive media plans.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and performance analysis to provide optimization insights to clients.
  • Manage media bookings, client billing, and financial reconciliation of campaign spend.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a media or digital agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, spanning both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with audience planning and insight tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in London, UK, to support the hybrid work model (4 days in office).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas to senior leadership.
