Director, Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; no regular office attendance expected

Salary: $238,000–$257,000 USD base salary for candidates in high-cost-of-living locations

What you will do

• Lead, develop, hire, mentor, and retain a world-class team of Product Managers.
• Define the unified product vision and roadmap across Attack Surface Management and supply chain risk management.
• Connect asset discovery, ownership, risk, and analytics capabilities into cohesive customer workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and AI teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and actionable cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research to integrate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive signals.
• Establish product management processes, validate new platform opportunities, represent the product externally, and measure outcomes through usage, adoption, ARR contribution, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing Product Managers.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or risk intelligence.
• Deep understanding of Attack Surface Management, Internet data, threat intelligence, network discovery, or cloud security posture management.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, data pipelines, and architectural tradeoffs, with the ability to engage technical buyers and CISOs.
• Experience driving executive strategy, cross-functional alignment, measurable business outcomes, and product talent development.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, execution, and responsible AI adoption skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Internet-scale systems and network protocols such as TLS, DNS, and BGP.
• Experience integrating AI or ML into cybersecurity or analytics workflows.
• Experience with product-led growth or usage-based monetization strategies.
