What you will do

• Manage and own multi-channel digital campaigns from planning and setup to reporting.
• Optimize campaign tactics and strategies to meet performance forecasts and drive results.
• Maintain day-to-day client communication, providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Execute campaign QA within buying platforms and proactively troubleshoot performance issues.
• Create media plans that demonstrate deep account knowledge and identify new testing opportunities.
• Train and coach junior analysts to support team growth and development.

Requirements

• Must have current UK work authorisation (no long-term sponsorship available).
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search or paid social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage complex account operations with high attention to detail.
• Passion for digital media, advertising technology, and experimentation with AI tools.
