Manager, Commerce, UK (Retail Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Run and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads, CitrusAd, and Criteo.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaign tests with methodical accuracy.
• Prepare performance commentary, weekly reporting, and other client deliverables.
• Analyze performance, maintain internal data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers to manage campaign delivery and relationships.
• Provide evidence-led insights and identify innovation opportunities to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrable eCommerce knowledge and a strong interest in retail media.
• Operational proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and data-literacy skills, including the ability to turn data into strategic opportunities.
• Ability to manage campaign activation, optimization, processes, and risk consistently and accurately.
• Ability to communicate opinions clearly and positively while remaining calm under pressure.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
