Paid Social Senior Account Executive (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Set up paid social campaigns end to end across relevant social media platforms.
• Perform regular QA checks against defined campaign best-practice standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize activity.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel.
• Write performance commentary with insights and recommendations for clients.
• Support end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly and annual reviews, and standalone analysis projects.

Requirements

• Developing knowledge of paid advertising across key social media channels, from activation through reporting.
• Ability to manage workload and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with line managers, global hub teams, clients, and platform partners.
• Willingness to attend internal meetings, training sessions, and partner platform training.
• Ability to work from the London office around four days per week as part of the hybrid approach.
• Ability to follow agency finance processes related to payment and invoicing.
