What you will do

• Provide 3rd-level technical support for local service technicians on-site and remotely.
• Train local technicians and customer operators on maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting.
• Support the installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing of AutoStore systems.
• Conduct go-live activities, performance tests, and acceptance testing.
• Analyze and resolve system malfunctions to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Completed training in an electrotechnical profession (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician).
• Professional experience in site or project management of automation systems.
• Fluent English and solid German language skills are required.
• Competence in using AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally EMEA.
