What you will do
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for local service technicians on-site and remotely.
- Train local technicians and customer operators on maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support the installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing of AutoStore systems.
- Conduct go-live activities, performance tests, and acceptance testing.
- Analyze and resolve system malfunctions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Completed training in an electrotechnical profession (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician).
- Professional experience in site or project management of automation systems.
- Fluent English and solid German language skills are required.
- Competence in using AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally EMEA.
Nice to have
- Experience with AutoStore systems.
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
