What you will do

  • Process and validate parts orders using EBS Oracle, ensuring 100% accuracy in order entry.
  • Perform technical parts research and provide precise formal quotations via the CPQ quoting tool.
  • Track and monitor P1 Down Unit shipments via Smartsheet and provide real-time shipping information.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants, planners, and warehouses to manage back-orders and parts availability.
  • Communicate with field technicians, sales representatives, and end customers to resolve order requirements and product issues.
  • Identify obsolete or superseded parts and advise customers on appropriate replacements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, etc.), Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in a related logistics or supply chain field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken American English.
  • Knowledge of US geography and transportation systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of inventory management and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines (Note: company mentions US authorization, but location is Philippines).
