Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Operate and leverage the proprietary TMS (Xonar) to manage daily transportation execution.
• Own multi-modal transport, load, and consolidation planning while balancing cost and service requirements.
• Execute carrier selection based on 3PL routing guides and manage the end-to-end spot quote process.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve shipment exceptions to prevent client-facing issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and carriers.
• Lead the cargo claims process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Control Tower.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make real-time decisions in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in managing multi-modal transportation (Ocean, Air, Road, Rail).
• Excellent communication skills for managing client and carrier relationships.
• Ability to work with professional discipline in a remote-optional environment.
