What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing from Distribution Centers to Operations, ensuring alignment with planning calendars.
• Monitor and improve DC service levels, tracking KPIs such as fill rates and managing exceptions.
• Partner with country teams to enhance store service levels and ensure high product availability.
• Optimize inventory levels, managing stock quality (ABC classification) and slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Manage and validate Open-to-Buy (OTB) approvals to align with financial targets and business priorities.
• Oversee and approve operational claims to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Service, Order Processing, or Supply Chain (warehouse, transport, or distribution).
• Solid understanding of Supply and Demand Planning processes within complex international organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• High level of customer orientation and precision in service delivery.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures.
