What you will do

• Coordinate material orders and returns to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Maintain inventory status accuracy by reconciling physical stock with SAP records.
• Monitor and control pending material statuses and OSO overdue rates.
• Support the A3 project focused on engineer stock reduction.
• Ensure FAR/CQN/DOA parts are returned to the warehouse within two weeks.
• Manage 100% on-time tooling calibration and certification processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and order management.
• Strong attention to detail for cost reduction and emergency order accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
