What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and monitor stock, assets, and movements across different areas of operation.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, oversee logbooks, and monitor fuel usage for cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare payment requests for procurements, office supplies, and vendors.
• Perform regular stock counts and ensure accurate data entry into the management system.
• Maintain vehicle records and ensure all necessary safety and legal equipment is available.
• Compile monthly vehicle utilization reports and report any potential fraud cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience working in complex and volatile environments.
• English: Pre-Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
