What you will do

  • Coordinate routing to wholesalers, retailers, and partners in compliance with client requirements.
  • Track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proactively address delays.
  • Schedule carrier pickups, submit routing requests, and monitor shipments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage returns, cancellations, and other shipping exceptions while keeping clients updated.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Routing experience with wholesalers is mandatory.
  • Experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of routing guides, retailer compliance, and wholesale shipping requirements.
  • Proficiency in WMS (Extensiv or similar).
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work a stable full-time schedule from 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
