What you will do

• Provide commercial and administrative support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage order entry, order processing, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare documentation, maintain databases, and organize records.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational and business decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Languages, Business Relations, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
• Fluent English (C1) and native Portuguese (C2).
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
