What you will do
- Provide commercial and administrative support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage order entry, order processing, and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare documentation, maintain databases, and organize records.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational and business decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Languages, Business Relations, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
- Fluent English (C1) and native Portuguese (C2).
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
