Focus on driving technical initiatives from scoping through go-live, ensuring data quality, and managing complex multi-party stakeholder relationships.

What you will do
- Own the full project lifecycle for carrier, 3PL, and LSP integrations from scoping to post-launch stabilization.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and account management partners, facilitating meetings and technical working sessions.
- Coordinate with internal developers and architects to map requirements and remove administrative blockers.
- Manage UAT and go-live processes, tracking defect resolution and ensuring data quality standards.
- Provide regular status updates and maintain dashboards for internal leadership and end customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within complex, multi-party environments.
- Strong ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to timelines.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate technical progress into business-relevant language.
- Experience managing integrations involving EDI, APIs, or similar technical data exchange systems.
- Ability to identify project risks and blockers early and escalate effectively.
- Structured approach to documentation and process management.
