What you will do

• Manage multiple security projects by developing timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks to ensure team alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for project schedules.
• Create dashboards and executive briefings to communicate KPIs, SLAs, and program performance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and standardize workflows.
• Provide operational and administrative support to advance departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, or Facilities teams in a global enterprise.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of project governance and operational processes within large organizations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools.
