Marketing Project Manager

What you will do

• Direct full lifecycle delivery (brief to delivery) for marketing projects across commercial and functional marketing teams and enterprise-wide enablement.
• Manage incoming requests in the project management tool, validate requirements, and assess viability and scope.
• Evaluate and implement projects across functional marketing areas (Creative Services, Website, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Content, Communications).
• Manage dependencies between projects, prioritize active work, and identify/navigate project barriers.
• Create, monitor, and report project progress to stakeholders; maintain project management tool administration and vendor relationship.
• Coordinate projects staffed with internal and freelance resources, contractors, and vendors; evolve project management process documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects in an agile creative/marketing environment.
• Extensive experience using a project management tool and working with reporting/metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking, outstanding communications, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive consensus with multiple stakeholder groups and communicate effectively with executives.
• Must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements if selected (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).
