What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional workgroup members to ensure project tasks and milestones are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Lead workgroup meetings, set agendas, and document action items for stakeholders.
• Track task completion and escalate blockers or delays to the Principle Project Manager.
• Communicate regular status updates and maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and status reports.
• Identify and execute mitigation plans for regional or workgroup-level risks.
• Support the onboarding of new team members regarding program governance and communication protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or PMO support roles.
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for managing global team alignment.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in maintaining project trackers and status reporting tools.
