What you will do
- Coordinate cross-functional workgroup members to ensure project tasks and milestones are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Lead workgroup meetings, set agendas, and document action items for stakeholders.
- Track task completion and escalate blockers or delays to the Principle Project Manager.
- Communicate regular status updates and maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and status reports.
- Identify and execute mitigation plans for regional or workgroup-level risks.
- Support the onboarding of new team members regarding program governance and communication protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or PMO support roles.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for managing global team alignment.
- Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in maintaining project trackers and status reporting tools.
