What you will do

• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks to ensure team alignment.
• Create dashboards and executive briefings to communicate project status, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for action items.
• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Provide operational support to advance department and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, or Facilities teams in a global enterprise.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level documentation.
• Strong understanding of project governance and operational processes within large organizations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London, United Kingdom.
