What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end client conversion process for the Communications Center of Excellence (CCOE).
• Coordinate resource assignment, planning, and budget management across large-scale programs.
• Define and reinforce scope management, governance, and disciplined program processes.
• Manage high-level client relationships and expectations throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Partner with senior leadership, technology groups, and strategic vendors to ensure delivery.
• Standardize and continuously improve execution practices for high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, client onboarding, or client engagement.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong background in financial services (Wealth Management, Retirement, or Insurance).
• Experience migrating legacy technologies to modern platforms in a large enterprise.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing global teams.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
