What you will do

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to define, scope, and execute large-scale initiatives.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Improve team communication and operational efficiency through process iteration.
• Produce high-quality written proposals and documentation to drive strategic decisions.
• Influence leadership and build consensus across multiple teams and functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven track record of managing the full software development lifecycle from kick-off to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information and provide recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and senior leadership engagement.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple disciplines and time zones.
• Ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks while driving technical solutions.
