Salary: $151,000 - $272,000

What you will do
- Manage project plans, strategy, and communication for complex Core Engineering initiatives.
- Oversee financial and human capital management reporting, including zero-based budgeting and cost allocations.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to implement best practices and enhance organizational performance.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and technology adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Core Engineering, managing stakeholder communication and research.
- Organize leadership meetings, townhalls, and prepare high-quality briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology Management, MIS, Mathematics, or related field.
- Five years of experience in technology and financial sectors within global, matrixed organizations.
- Five years of experience in team and project management, engineering advocacy, and organizational development.
- Four years of experience in product development, engineering processes, and global financial regulations.
- Three years of experience leading strategic planning, QBRs, and annual planning.
- Proficiency with financial and operational tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Salesforce, or Qlik Sense.
