Salary: $170,000 – $290,000 USD Annual.

What you will do

• Orchestrate the day-to-day execution of Project Meridian across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Build and maintain an integrated roadmap, milestone plan, and RAID log to ensure delivery transparency.
• Proactively remove impediments and broker commitments to reduce coordination overhead for delivery teams.
• Manage a dedicated team of specialist consultants, ensuring SOWs align with quality, schedule, and budget.
• Aggregate and report KPIs, risks, and program metrics to the CISO and senior leadership.
• Prepare executive-level briefings for the Board of Directors and Federal Regulators.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of program/project management experience (or 12+ years without a degree).
• Proven track record managing large, complex, cross-functional programs in a regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of information security processes, risk frameworks, and technology delivery cycles.
• Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to travel for business as required.
