Salary: $128,000 - $159,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage the President's portfolio of strategic projects and high-priority workstreams.
• Conduct rigorous research and analysis to provide actionable insights on business performance.
• Create high-quality executive presentation decks and briefing materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success.
• Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to automate reporting, tracking, and data synthesis.
• Refine project management methodologies to ensure efficient organizational growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, or Strategic Operations.
• Proven track record in GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and storytelling via PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong interest or experience in applying AI and automation tools to business workflows.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable.
• Bachelor’s degree.
