What you will do

• Lead commercialization workstreams for faster payment capabilities from initial strategy through launch and scale.
• Translate product strategies into actionable launch plans, partner readiness requirements, and operating models.
• Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams.
• Define scalable product standards, technical expectations, data requirements, and launch readiness criteria.
• Conduct readiness assessments to identify and mitigate technical, operational, and compliance risks before deployment.
• Prepare executive updates and risk summaries for senior stakeholders and decision-making forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, banking, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing financial products and payment solutions.
• Knowledge of faster payment capabilities such as Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, push-to-card, or payouts.
• Familiarity with U.S. payments regulations and operational requirements, including compliance and risk management.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional dependencies through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
