Location: Hybrid (Arnhem or Berlin)

Salary: €60,000 – €90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize CPO, DSO, and TSO partners to establish flex-demand partnerships.
  • Build commercial cases and negotiate B2B contracts using the company's flexibility playbook.
  • Represent the company in industry conversations, from initial pitches to signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to align partner needs with technical deliverables.
  • Explore new markets for aggregated flexibility, targeting BRPs, aggregators, and energy traders.
  • Manage signed accounts in coordination with Account Management to ensure partnership success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial negotiation.
  • Deep understanding of energy-market and regulatory complexity (balancing markets, grid-operator requirements).
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing B2B contracts with technically sophisticated counterparts.
  • Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience in energy, e-mobility, or related regulated markets.
