What you will do

• Drive commercial development by promoting ESG and climate capabilities and managing client relationships in the BeNe region.
• Lead and perform consulting missions ensuring high service and quality standards.
• Develop thought leadership materials on climate challenges, sector trends, and innovations.
• Coach and guide consulting teams within the energy, resources, and utilities business line.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Brussels, Belgium
• Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of consulting experience in the energy sector with strong business development skills.
• Trilingual: Dutch (must), French, and English required; German fluency is a plus
• Strong expertise in climate, ESG, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Interest and ability to quickly build expertise in data and AI topics.
