What you will do

• Conduct comparative research and evaluation projects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Coordinate large, multi-country research teams and manage external experts.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with EU institutions, agencies, and civil society stakeholders.
• Lead the development of tenders, reports, and policy advice for European clients.
• Provide line management support and contribute to business strategy and dissemination of findings.
• Ensure project delivery meets high quality standards and remains within budget.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in political science, public policy, gender studies, or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in research and evaluation of EU policies regarding gender equality.
• Right to work in the UK, Belgium, Spain, or Germany (or eligibility for visa sponsorship).
• English: C1 proficiency required, plus fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like NVivo, SPSS, or STATA.
• Deep understanding of the European policy-making process and institutional mechanisms.
