What you will do

  • Break down complex client problems into discrete, actionable tasks.
  • Direct the focus of junior consultants and manage small project teams.
  • Plan and execute sophisticated analyses to identify trends and core issues.
  • Craft and present suitable strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Work side-by-side with clients and internal team members to move projects forward.
  • Identify opportunities to build unique franchises and pursue new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or in-house strategy departments.
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to leverage data for recommendations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements.
