Senior Manager - Brussels (Strategy Consulting)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Break down complex client problems into discrete tasks and identify the key analytical issues.
• Plan and execute sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
• Direct junior consultants and manage small project teams.
• Work closely with clients and project team members to move engagements forward.
• Apply strategy consulting expertise to help clients improve performance, operations, and risk profiles.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, strategy department, or in-house consulting role.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to identify trends and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel, take initiative, learn new skills, and work collaboratively.
