- Experience in strategic business partnering as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Proven track record in shaping organizational capability and workforce strategy for sustainable growth.
- Expertise in people change and transformation leadership within complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen to link people decisions to business performance and productivity.
- Ability to coach and mentor senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Birmingham, Bristol, London, or Manchester.
