What you will do

  • Partner with the SMB leadership team to align organizational design, talent, and culture with business outcomes.
  • Redefine roles, skills, and workforce strategies to create a high-performing, future-ready organization.
  • Deliver major people transformation programs to drive commercial outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Build future capabilities in digital, data, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Coach and mentor senior leaders to improve judgment and decision-making.
  • Utilize colleague and business insights to improve organizational health and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic business partnering as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Proven track record in shaping organizational capability and workforce strategy for sustainable growth.
  • Expertise in people change and transformation leadership within complex environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen to link people decisions to business performance and productivity.
  • Ability to coach and mentor senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Birmingham, Bristol, London, or Manchester.
