What you will do

• Shape workforce strategy, capability, and performance within New Zealand Manufacturing operations.
• Embed workforce planning, organizational design, and capability uplift into the business.
• Partner with senior leaders across lower North Island sites and the National Transport portfolio to influence direction.
• Lead strategic workforce planning at scale, translating long-term priorities into practical, data-led plans.
• Coach and challenge leaders to build high-performance cultures and champion engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a P&C leader operating in complex, large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning and designing end-to-end strategies.
• Experience working within unionised, operational environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and use data insights to inform decisions.
• Must be based in the North Island of New Zealand.
