What you will do

• Advise the Tech Management Team on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Bridge agile tech environments with corporate governance and HR policies.
• Strengthen engineering culture, focusing on autonomy, speed, and continuous learning.
• Drive attraction and retention strategies for scarce tech talent.
• Partner with the CTO domain on resource allocation and strategic workforce initiatives.
• Assess the impact of AI on the tech workforce in alignment with group objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in a Tech, IT, or digital environment.
• Academic degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• Proven track record in organizational development and talent strategy at the management team level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within complex governance contexts.
