Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €95,000–€140,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Advise the Tech Management Team on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Bridge agile tech environments with corporate governance and HR policies.
- Strengthen engineering culture, focusing on autonomy, speed, and continuous learning.
- Drive attraction and retention strategies for scarce tech talent.
- Partner with the CTO domain on resource allocation and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Assess the impact of AI on the tech workforce in alignment with group objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- 5+ years of experience in a Tech, IT, or digital environment.
- Academic degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Proven track record in organizational development and talent strategy at the management team level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills within complex governance contexts.
