Strategic HR Business Partner Tech (AI)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €95,000–€140,000 gross annual, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Advise the Tech Management Team on organisational development, talent strategy and workforce topics.
• Bridge agile technology dynamics with corporate governance and HR policies.
• Drive attraction and retention of scarce technology talent.
• Strengthen engineering culture, leadership development and continuous learning.
• Partner with the CTO domain on resource allocation and organisational design.
• Assess the impact of AI on the Tech workforce and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Academic degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Tech, IT or digital environment.
• Proven experience in organisational development and talent strategy at Management Team level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex governance contexts and experience bridging corporate and agile environments.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills; experience in international and multidisciplinary settings.
