What you will do

• Partner with Global Operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across the EMEA region.
• Design and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Champion a high-performance culture and support regional leadership development initiatives.
• Act as a cultural ambassador to promote inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
• Proven success in organizational design and large-scale change initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience working with U.S.-based multinationals is preferred.
