What you will do

• Build and improve frontend features for the Service Store using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Develop clear user journeys in Nexa to make IT services easier to find and reuse across the organization.
• Create service insights to enable engineering teams to make better tool choices.
• Collaborate with squads and service providers to translate user needs into practical solutions and user stories.
• Contribute to a broader platform ecosystem to ensure scalable and compliant delivery in the cloud.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, AI Gateway) and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD setup, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with REST API integration and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, OpenID).
• English: Business level proficiency (writing and speaking) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Backstage open-source framework.
• Fullstack development capabilities.
