What you will do

• Own technical escalations related to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and environment operations.
• Work with customer technical teams to review logs, validate configurations, investigate incidents, and diagnose root causes.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable problem statements for DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams.
• Maintain expertise in multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment models.
• Provide timely incident updates and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, tooling, architecture, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment, cloud, or infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience with high-severity escalations or technical advisory responsibilities.
• Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, infrastructure monitoring, and logging tools.
• Fluent English is required for daily collaboration with global teams and customers.
