What you will do
- Own end-to-end demand generation and pipeline growth across key European markets.
- Lead and scale paid media (paid social and paid search) using a structured test-and-learn approach to keep CAC within agreed thresholds.
- Drive website performance and a CRO roadmap across UX, messaging, and technical performance, ensuring rigorous A/B testing across the GTM org.
- Design and run lifecycle nurture programs to improve funnel conversion.
- Lead growth engineering and own the martech stack, including data infrastructure, attribution, and AI-powered automation with clear tracking and measurement.
- Run marketing ops end-to-end (CRM hygiene, lead routing, attribution, sales handovers) and build trusted growth reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, with a track record of scaling demand generation engines and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep technical understanding of systems, data flows, and tooling; ability to architect attribution and work effectively with engineers.
- Strong commercial instincts and executive communication skills to represent growth at senior leadership level.
- Expertise in analytics and attribution, with a structured experimentation and prioritization mindset.
- Demonstrated experience across marketing automation, CRM, paid media, analytics tooling, AI-powered workflows, and data infrastructure.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps on lead handovers and pipeline accountability.
