What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for subscription products across radio and podcasts.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative briefing, asset production, and channel planning.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data analytics to drive subscriber growth and improve ROAS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Retention, and Data teams to align marketing activities.
  • Implement robust tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate reporting and insight-led decision making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering multi-channel subscription marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, paid social, retargeting, and customer journey optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Braze, Revenue Cat, Amplitude, or Apple Search Ads.
  • Background in audio, podcast, or entertainment media brands.
