What you will do

• Own the end-to-end direct-to-consumer acquisition strategy across paid social, search, and emerging channels.
• Manage substantial marketing budgets while optimizing CAC, CPA, ROAS, and lifetime value.
• Develop and optimize the entire acquisition funnel, including customer journeys, landing pages, and onboarding.
• Build robust attribution, experimentation, and reporting frameworks to drive commercial strategy.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Partner closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Executive leadership to align growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling customer acquisition within high-growth consumer technology, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Meta, Google Ads, and modern performance marketing channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing substantial acquisition budgets.
• Advanced analytical capability including experimentation, attribution modeling, and SQL.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
