Location: Hybrid office in Swindon or London (Victoria), UK. Assigned workspace provided.

What you will do
- Define overarching marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify priority markets, segments, and channels for brand impact and lead generation.
- Develop and lead full-funnel outbound campaigns across digital, print, social, and events.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting with focus on ROI and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, product, data, and creative teams for campaign execution and optimization.
- Partner with data and Salesforce teams for prospect segmentation, nurturing, and pipeline tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior B2B marketing role with proven track record in demand generation.
- Excellent knowledge of direct channels including digital (SEO, paid, social) and non-digital.
- Competent in Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), lead nurturing techniques.
- Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven mindset.
- Strategic, creative approach with understanding of customer journey and buying lifecycle.
