What you will do

• Support the Central European commercial team with quote processing, deal registration, and licensing activities.
• Maintain and update CRM data within Salesforce to ensure information accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with partners and distributors via phone and the Outreach engagement platform.
• Ensure sales tasks are executed in compliance with internal corporate policies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve customer or partner issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Must have legal authorization to work in Hungary
• Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong time management, organizational, and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to work within a structured environment while maintaining focus on partner needs.
