What you will do

• Build and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and monitor the competitive landscape in European markets.
• Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for sales and field teams.
• Produce GTM materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
• Enable sales teams through onboarding sessions and training on new messaging and products.
• Coordinate messaging, collateral, and playbooks for product launches.
• Conduct customer interviews and research sprints to refine positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of producing messaging frameworks, ICPs, and sales enablement materials.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to create frameworks and processes from scratch in a self-managed manner.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Eindhoven, Netherlands

Nice to have

• Familiarity with multi-market or international GTM contexts.
• Experience working with sales teams across different languages or cultures.
• Experience with tools such as Notion, Seismic, or Highspot.
