What you will do

• Own the full marketing strategy, team, and execution across demand generation, product marketing, and brand.
• Design the target organizational structure and put the right people in the right seats.
• Build a defensible demand gen growth model with clear attribution and leading indicators.
• Run product marketing as an engine to enable Sales and CSM, driving feature adoption and funnel growth.
• Ensure brand consistency to reinforce category positioning and support demand generation.
• Lead through pillar heads while remaining hands-on to ensure speed and execution quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading marketing through the scale-up phase to €50M+ ARR.
• Deep expertise in demand generation, including channel mix, attribution, and growth modeling.
• Strong fluency in product marketing and brand strategy as integrated growth drivers.
• Ability to lead, assess talent, and build cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Evidence-based decision-making and clear communication with leadership, Sales, and Product.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.
