What you will do

• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing for EMEA marketing activities.
• Plan and execute Tier 3 field events, including roundtables, workshops, and regional activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, merchandise distribution, and marketing asset deployment.
• Support channel and field marketing managers with operational execution and administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain marketing assets, including landing pages and social media content.
• Track and report on marketing performance to drive continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or field marketing support.
• Proven experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and external vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to work within the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Prior experience working across multi-country regions in EMEA.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Reachdesk, or ON24.
