What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a hybrid team of six marketing professionals.
• Own marketing operations, performance marketing, lead management, and attribution reporting.
• Build scalable processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks to drive pipeline growth.
• Partner with the VP of Marketing on strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to create self-serve buyer journeys.
• Implement AI-powered tools and automation to improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located within Europe (will not recruit outside Europe).
• Extensive B2B marketing experience with 2+ years of team leadership.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot, Performance Marketing, and KPIs.
• Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) to improve efficiency.
• Experience in SaaS/subscription businesses with long sales cycles.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent higher education.
