AI Product Designer

What you will do

• Design AI-first product experiences that translate complex capabilities into intuitive, customer-centric workflows.
• Own the end-to-end design process from initial discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration.
• Rapidly create interactive prototypes using Figma, AI-powered design tools, and code to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to shape overall product strategy and prioritize features.
• Conduct user research, including customer interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Develop and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UX patterns to ensure platform consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer, specifically within fast-paced startup environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Miami, Florida.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable using Git and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, MagicPath, or Cursor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with B2B products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
