Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design workflows, information architecture, and interactions for managing fleets of autonomous agents.
• Create interfaces for intervention decisions and threat investigation across connected data layers.
• Turn open UX questions into user insights, design options, and prototypes.
• Partner with product engineers and deployment leads to identify opportunities and decide what to build.
• Run research, test ideas, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess shipped work.
• Evolve the design system and create tools and practices that help teams ship well-designed products faster.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage or high-growth companies with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience designing technically complex products and making layered information clear and useful.
• Strong interaction, visual, and motion design skills with excellent craft.
• Product-minded, user-driven, resourceful, low-ego, collaborative, and autonomous.
• Ability to work closely with product engineering and product deployment teams in a high-velocity environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI, automation, or agent-based systems.
• Experience as an early design hire who helped shape design culture.
• Active use of AI tools in the design workflow.
• Background in cybersecurity, trust and safety, or risk-related products.
